Stripy Fun

Im almost at the end
of this stripy goodness

This has been one of my
favorite things to crochet

Lots of colors and
stripy patterns

I was a little worried
about maintaining my stitch count

But with stitch markers
its been pretty easy

I cant wait
to get to the end of one row
and start another color and pattern

Now to decide
on the color(s) for the border

Im thinking maybe red

  1. Robin, I love it, if I did not have so many projects going right now I'd start one tonight. It is on my list for sure. It's gorgeous!. Atie

  2. Oh wow! I am so pleased to see that someone else tried this! I saw it on littlewoolies' blog a few weeks ago and wanted to drop my WIP and do this CAL! I forced myself to keep working on my shawl until it's truly finished, but I am having the hardest time not lapsing into this CAL on the border of my shawl and turning it into a floor length cloak or something! I love how your blanket is turning out, and how pleased you are with the colors, as they aren't my usual colors either. I am looking forward to your ta-dah!

    1. Janet I started following this one on little wollie's blog but when I got farther than where she was I just start doing my own thing. Mine isn't as large as hers - I started with 246 stitches which worked pretty well with all the different stitches.
